Interesting podcast! Having driven on a few of these urban roads, I wouldn’t disagree with your scoring. I was on the A167(M) last year, not particularly impressed with it. Liked the A38(M) though - I drove right through from the M5 to the M6 on the A38/A38(M) a couple of years ago & it’s pretty free flowing (although ot wasn’t peak time). There are other (possibly) urban motorways not mentioned: M32 (Bristol), M271/M275 (Southampton/Portsmouth) & bits of the M4 in Wales too
